Sport Extra Time (SET) is a young international company whose capital is based on the experience of its founders. The founders surrounded themselves with other competent and diversified human resources to develop various international projects in the next years.

 
 
 
Etienne MARECHAL   Associate Director

 

Etienne Marechal is an expert in sports events and production. He is co-founder of HBS Broadcast Academy. In addition to this, he has also been a consultant for FIFA.
He worked as the producer on the 7th Indian Ocean Island Games (Madagascar 2007), the Africa Cup of Nations U-17 (Togo - 2007), the African Championships in Athletics (Mauritius - 2006), the 5th Francophone Games (2005 - Niger), as well as many matches at the 2010 and 2012 Africa Cup of Nations and the qualifying rounds of the FIFA World Cup in 2006 and 2010. Etienne has also taken part in many Grand Prix athletics meetings and various other programmes such as Orange CAN 2010 in Angola and Orange CAN 2012 Gabon and Equatorial Guinea. As a co-founder of SET, he is particularly in charge of the TV rights' marketing and of all technical activities of production.

 
 
Alberto ROMERO   Associate Director

 

Born in Bilbao in Spain, Alberto Romero is a former football player who trained with the Auxerre, France-based club AJA. He graduated in Economics from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers in Macon before becoming Director of Development at Crédit Immobilier de France, Lyon. Here he created a department dedicated to high performance athletes and property financing of non-residents. As Director of Development within Finance AB (Geneva) and founder of Alto Development (Geneva), he managed financial plans and property search initiatives for athletes and investors in France and abroad. Co-founder and associate of SET, Alberto is the Director of Financial and Human Resources.

 
 
Christian KAREMBEU   Associate Director

 

Christian Karembeu is a former French footballer who was part of the 1998 World Cup winning squad. He was born in Lifou, New Caledonia (France). After announcing his retirement in 2005, Christian was appointed ambassador for New Caledonia by the GIE New Caledonia Tourism South Point, as well as for the United Nations, FIFA and UEFA. He also chose to take on an active role within the company Sport Extra Time.

 
 
Manuel GIL   Associate Director

 

Manuel Gil is a Swiss and Spanish citizen. He was born in Geneva and he is graduated of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce of Geneva. He has worked for several years in Switzerland and Spain with important financial institutions. He has worked in the private banking sector for various international clients, particularly for the Spanish and Latin American markets. He is in charge of Administration and Marketing activities at Sport Extra Time.

 
 
Jérémie ROUDAIRE   Representative of SET America do Sul

 

J. Roudaire is a telecommunications engineer, specialised in the audiovisual sector. A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Télécommunications in Britany, Jeremie has worked at France 3 in news and special events. After two years in Buenos Aires with Telecom Argentina, primarily assigned to the restructuring of network monitoring centres, Jeremie returned to France 3 as Director of National Manufacturing Unit in Paris. In 2005, he joined CFI as Technical Director before being recruited by GlobeCast in 2007. In 2009, he moved to Brazil to ensure the Business Development and GlobeCast Netia in Latin America. He is now in charge of on-air operations for SET in Brazil, where he also worked on the 5th Military World Games. Jeremie will play a major role in the development of SET in the region.
